RUN YOUR BEST MILE… CHALLENGE

Introducing the "Run Your Best Mile" Challenge: A Journey of Mental and Physical Transformation

Since June 2017, I've been dreaming about launching the "Run Your Best Mile" challenge. Manifesting has always been a big part of my life, and after 38 years on this earth, I've learned that life is a series of ebbs and flows. I've accomplished a lot—worked in every industry I dreamed of, met presidents, collaborated with entertainers, made a lot of money, and experienced the depths of being completely broke. At one point, I had $42,000 in credit card debt, which I paid off, all while bouncing from California to D.C., to Virginia, to NYC, and back to Cali.

Last year, in a renewed attempt to pursue art and wellness, I found myself back home in Norfolk, VA. It was here in the 757 that I knew it made sense to focus on Wellness for Creatives and pilot "Run Your Best Mile." This challenge is a metaphor for life itself—a way to improve in whatever area you need to, one step at a time.

"Run Your Best Mile" isn't just about physical running; it's about running the race of life at your own pace, in your own lane, with your own goals in mind. Whether you're striving to improve your mental health, career, relationships, or personal growth, this challenge is designed to help you do just that.

Starting today, I’m finally ready to share this vision with the world. This challenge is about helping everyone, no matter where they are in life, to run their best mile—whatever that means for them. Join me in this journey, and let's make strides toward a better, healthier, and more fulfilled version of ourselves.

With Love,

Byron Linnell Edwards
