Byron Linnell Edwards is a multidisciplinary artist, certified behavioral change specialist, and NASM-certified personal trainer with a dynamic background in entertainment, wellness, and cultural programming. As the Founder and CEO of Wellness for Creatives™, Byron helps artists, makers, and visionaries build sustainable creative lives through a holistic approach that blends movement, mindfulness, and artistic expression.Byron’s career began in the entertainment industry, where he worked with major brands and institutions including BET, Viacom, Roc Nation, Nike, The Shade Room, and Dove—contributing to high-level creative, digital, and influencer campaigns. He later transitioned into wellness and cultural strategy, using his firsthand experience with burnout and recovery to build programs that center mental health, joy, and creative flow.Through Wellness for Creatives™, Byron has curated events, talks, and activations across Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York, Washington D.C., and Virginia—partnering with hotels, museums, cultural councils, and community spaces to bring creative wellness to life. His signature initiatives include Run Your Best Mile, Inkwell, and Color with Creatives, all of which reflect his commitment to accessible, culturally rooted healing practices.As CEO, Byron leads with heart and strategy—amplifying voices too often overlooked in wellness spaces, particularly Black men and marginalized creatives. Inkwell is a guided creative wellness experience that blends mindful making, behavioral science, and conversation. Developed by Byron Linnell Edwards, Inkwell is designed to help participants pause, reflect, and reset—using simple, accessible art practices to support emotional clarity and intentional living.The program has been hosted at institutions like The Chrysler Museum, SoHo House, and The Getty Museum, where it’s been adapted for diverse audiences ranging from young professionals and educators to museum visitors and community leaders. Inkwell sessions are centered around creative exercises like guided drawing, mindful coloring, and intention-setting—anchored in behavioral change principles and supported by wellness dialogue.Whether offered as a pop-up, professional development experience, or part of a museum or hotel activation, Inkwell invites participants to disconnect from external demands and reconnect with themselves through the creative process.
